Kiosk -- providing snacks for guests, day visitors and yacht crew General store -- provisions for yacht crew and guests Souvenir and merchandising sales Beachcomber Bar -- open from 11am daily servicing guests, day visitors and yacht crew who are dining Tour desk -- booking trips for guests and yacht crew varying from Outer Reef trips to seaplane/helicopter flights to sailing on a maxi yacht. Moorings - $55.00 per vessel per night includes berthage and use of facilities Palm Bay Cruising Yacht Club -- membership promotes merchandise sales. Although these income opportunities are well developed there is still scope to expand the revenue currently derived.
