Also featured is a large home office/study with two separate entrances, separate shower and toilet. (This area could easily convert to a rumpus room or a self contained unit.) The office has telephone and facsimile lines, and coaxial access for live data feeds. This level also incorporates a cellar and large archive I storage room. The office/study has a lovely outlook over lawns and garden, to the neighbouring 4000 acre property.

Other features of the home are the fully integrated security alarm system served by the Echuca Security Service, evaporative air-conditioning, and gas heating. The dining/living also has a full size Jetmaster fire place set under the mantle.

The interior colour scheme is a very soft grey, and apart from the slate in the kitchen, library, dining/living areas the remainder of the home has a pale grey Berber carpet. Other wet areas have a darker grey tile and the master ensuite is black marble.

Entertaining Area & Garden
The paved entertaining area incorporates a built-in gas barbeque (serviced by a bulk tank), and two bar fridges built- in underneath the barbeque. The paved entertaining area is surrounded by a low japonica box hedge, edged with mondo grass. Standard Japanese maples adorn each side of the four metre wide chimney. Azaleas and Nandinas are spread throughout. A creeping wisteria creates additional shade.

Two steps down to a second paved area with additional entertaining space introduce the pool level, which is the centerpiece of the garden.

The pool is fully tiled and 14 mtr x 7 mtrs in dimensions, incorporating a 2 x 1.5 mtr spa. The 'state of the art' in-floor cleaning systems makes this pool simply a joy to have. The pool and spa are fully computerized and the control system can be accessed from the filter / pump area (which is located behind the barbeque area, or from inside the residence via a control panel.

The pool and spa can be heated separately either by solar or gas heating. These heating systems are separate to the system used for the ensuite spa. Overlooking the pool are the resident pair of Blue & Gold Macaws housed in a 3 x 3 x 10mtr steel and timber landscaped aviary, which compliments the pool and surrounding gardens.

A fully computerized watering system and solar garden lighting service the garden beds and lawns. Also in the garden is a lily-pond with a water feature and resident fish.

The pool fence is incorporated within a two metre tall feature hedge - which adds to the privacy of the garden and pool area. Garden beds are built up to incorporate the 1.2 mtr high red gum wall, rocks and boulders weighing up to 6 ton are also a feature in the garden beds.
